Well, there is no quick way available to improve Domain Authority. Just give time and work for your site and you will see improving the DA of your site gradually.

If the Domain Authority of that site is good, then it is okay, but if the DA is low, it can harm your site. Well, a site with good DA and have the language other than your site will not help your site effectively, but it will not harm.
